Invested Advisors was asked by a local graphic designer to partner with them to respond to the City’s RFP seeking marketing expert to design and implement a strategy to support their new Hire Local idea.

With a host of government contracts under our belt, Invested Advisors wrote the winning RFP for the Prime contractor and as the and as sub-contractor, partnered with the talented graphic designer Carrie Fossati of CF Designs to amplify the City’s marketing and outreach.

Our team designed the strategy and created an integrated approach, requiring the development of a number of tools to support the initiative including campaign concept and development, design and development of new website, full video production during the Covid environment and advertising and promotion campaign.

We furthered the Client’s reach with print and digital media buys, social media plan, CRM and outbound content communications, and a recognition program to grow the number of participating businesses.

We also led the media strategy and execution including press releases and media pitches with resulted in media interviews on ABC, CBS, radio shows and a long list of print and online publication media exposure. The launch was a rousing success, with initial inbound inquires growing from 56 per week prior to the initiative to over 206 per week.
